MENA E-commerce Community meets before peak sales period

The MENA E-Commerce Community gathering underscored the UAE’s rise as one of the fastest-growing e-commerce hubs worldwide, with the market projected to reach $17bn by 2025.

The MENA E-Commerce Community – an exclusive network for entrepreneurs and executives in the e-commerce sector across the MENA region – gathered for a meetup dedicated to wrapping up the summer season and preparing for the upcoming peak sales period.

More than 90 brands, startups and established organisations joined the event to listen to expert speakers, exchange insights and explore potential partnerships. The gathering also fostered meaningful networking and laid the groundwork for future collaborations.

Gloria Daryanavard, Senior Online Trading Manager at Bath & Body Works MENA, shared: “Businesses need to be authentic to build strong connections with their audience across various communication channels. I am truly glad to have such a platform where businesses from different sectors can meet and learn from one another. I look forward to participating in future events.”

Hosted at the Theatre of Digital Art (TODA) and organised in collaboration with PR agency PRHub and an Odoo ERP Official Partner OS MENA, the meetup welcomed representatives from leading companies, including Al-Futtaim Group, Alshaya Group, RØDE, Bath & Body Works, Wondergifts, KPMG, Drinkit and NMN Bio.

“What I found exciting about this event was the vibrant e-commerce community, as it is rare to see such energy these days. I gained a lot of value from learning about other businesses and met many interesting people I hope to collaborate with in the future.
