The UAE real estate landscape is evolving rapidly, and one of the most notable shifts reshaping buyer priorities is the growing demand for wellness-oriented residential communities. According to a recent nationwide survey of over 1,000 UAE residents, nearly nine in ten consider a healthy home environment essential when choosing a property. Additionally, more than 80 per cent of respondents indicated a willingness to pay a premium for homes that actively support wellbeing.
