This is an older piece of work by Dubai-based production house Filmworks for UNEP (United Nations Environment Programme). Directed by Nicolas Salis, the TVC depicts a city where a continuous rain of filth and garbage falls. In the imaginary city, the inhabitants have learnt to live with the plague. The final tagline is that “indifference is the worst kind of trash”.
