UM MENAT has promoted Jad Daou to Deputy General Manager for the UAE, where he will lead the agency’s newly launched High-Growth Unit. The unit is a pivotal component of UM’s growth strategy, focusing on driving substantial business impact for clients with high-growth potential.
Daou brings more than 15 years of experience and a track record that includes leading key accounts like McDonald’s, Dyson, and Modon.
Leveraging his strategic insight, strong client relationships, and focus on delivering measurable outcomes, Daou will drive UM’s new unit toward its ambitious goals.
In his new role, he will also oversee the agency’s main UAE clients with a special focus on expansion in Abu Dhabi, tapping into new economy clients, and developing service models in alignment with UM’s upcoming new brand positioning.
