Publicis Groupe appoints Jennifer Fischer as chief innovation and growth officer

Publicis Groupe has appointed Jennifer Fischer as its first chief innovation and growth officer, with the aim to drive even further the alchemy of creativity and technology for the Groupe across the Middle East and Turkey.

In this newly created role, Jennifer will be responsible for elevating the Groupe’s competitive edge in the market and identifying new pathways for growth. This also includes working across the business to nurture a culture of innovation and collaboration under the Power of One.

A strategist by trade, Jennifer has spent the last 15 years in the region shaping the future of some of the world’s most valuable brands such as Apple, IKEA, KFC, Expo 2020, Coca-Cola, NEOM, Nissan and Louvre Abu Dhabi. Her passion for human-centered innovation and culture-building storytelling has led to dozens of award recognitions across prestigious shows including Cannes Lions, Effies, Dubai Lynx, One Show, D&AD and WARC.

Jennifer has also served on the jury for Innovation at Cannes Lions in 2021 and 2022, joining the ranks of other respected global experts to award the best in creativity worldwide.
