Philippines Business Council – Dubai and Northern Emirates has launched new collaborative group, TRIBE, to bring together Filipino creatives, communication professionals and content creators to inspire, create and connect with each other.
According to the Philippines Business Council (PBC), “TRIBE is a hub of creativity, collaboration and communication that will empower artists, writers, communicators, video/photographers, etc.”
While designed to bring creative’s ideas to life, TRIBE will also address the needs of the professional segment of the Filipino community.
A sub-committee of the Philippine Business Council Dubai and Northern Emirates, TRIBE aims to become the go-to for individuals and businesses seeking creative and communication solutions and services through its members’ expertise.
The Tribe will be headed by a core team of six members, lead by TRIBE Committee Head Bethoven Filomeno who is a faculty of Media, Culture and Communications at Westford University College.
Also part of the team are communication industry professionals, Mherck Dela Cruz, Marketing – Social Media Manager at ME Dubai by Meliá; Krishna Dela Paz, Head of Brand Communications at Emirates Literature Foundation and Melchor Dante Santos, Founder of FOTO+ Creative Media Agency.
The team is joined by Philippine Business Council board members, the Vice- Chairman Allan Michael Bautista and Chairman Emeritus Bobbie Carela.
The group will host various creative and communication-focused activities and events for its members.
These will include panel discussions, workshops and talks.
TRIBE will also launch a website for members to network with other individuals and companies in the industry, as well as share their work.
It also aims to promote the visibility of individuals to clients and employers.
