Anjana Murali, Founder, IndeMinds.IndeMinds, an automation-first marketing agency founded by Anjana Murali has set up shop in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The agency aims to bring brands around the world a range of performance and growth service that will make them ‘future-ready’.
Murali, a performance marketer with experience across global agency networks including WPP and Dentsu, founded the agency to respond to the demand for faster, smarter performance partners.
Unlike traditional agency structures, IndeMinds is built on an automation-first model where technology and intelligent systems form the operational backbone rather than an add-on. Specialist expertise sits on top of this infrastructure, allowing the agency to focus on building scalable growth systems and helping brands be future ready.

“IndeMinds was created in response to the transformation taking place across the performance marketing landscape,” said Murali. “Channels, data and technology are now deeply interconnected, and clients expect partners with stronger and changing technical capabilities, augmented by automation.”
As such, the agency’s core offering include performance strategy and media management, AI and automation enablement, feed management and website development and UX. Through these services, IndeMinds aims to turn fragmented digital activity into a scalable performance engine.
“Our goal is to build an automation-first agency model, where intelligent systems support decision-making and operations so teams can focus on strategy, innovation and growth,” Murali said.
“Over time, our ambition is to establish IndeMinds as a trusted performance partner known for scalable growth frameworks, operational excellence, and a more effective way for agencies and clients to work together in the next era of performance,” she added.
IndeMinds has worked with a range of clients across the UAE, the UK, the US, and India, spanning sectors including retail, real estate, travel, and B2B products and services.
The agency launches with teams in Dubai and Coimbatore, India, a fast-growing Tier 2 technology hub where several global companies, including Dentsu and Amazon, have expanded their presence.
