Loay Nour, Global Vice President of Brand & Marketing, Kempinski Hotels. Kempinski Hotels has appointed Loay Nour as to take up the role of Global Vice President of Brand & Marketing.
The appointment comes as Kempinski aims to strengthen its global positioning. As such, the luxury hotel group has chosen Nour for his deep understanding of luxury, creativity, and data-driven marketing which will deliver meaningful growth to the brand.

In his new role Nour will lead Kempinski’s brand and marketing strategy globally, ensuring a unified, distinctive, and emotionally engaging brand presence across all touch points.

Under his remit, Nour will lead a team responsible for delivering brand, marketing, loyalty, CRM and social media for Kempinski across multiple channels and key markets globally.
“I look forward to partnering with teams around the world to further elevate the brand and create moments that inspire our guests,” said Nour.
He moves from Accor’s Farimont Hotels & Resorts where he was the Vice President – Brand and Marketing for three years. At Accor, he played an instrumental role in crafting the brand narratives for Fairmont’s most high-profile openings in recent years, ensuring each property embodied the brand’s refined identity and guest experience promise.
“My proven leadership in strategy, storytelling, and brand innovation contributed significantly to strengthening Fairmont’s global presence in the luxury hospitality sector,” he said.
“Prior to that, as Vice President of Marketing for Accor, Middle East, Africa, India & Turkey, I managed marketing strategy across 500 hotels and 42 brands, including the launch of many significant flagships such Raffles & Fairmont Doha, Sofitel The Obelisk, Fairmont Riyadh, Raffles The Palm Dubai and many more,” Nour added.
He has also played key role in positioning new flagship openings, forging destination partnerships, and driving loyalty campaigns that delivered exceptional returns and engagement. Earlier in his career, Nour spent more than a decade with Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, where he progressed through marketing and commercial leadership roles culminating as Cluster Director of Marketing, overseeing all marketing activities for ten ultra-luxury properties including the Burj Al Arab.
