Lightblue welcomes new Creative Director and Design Director

Paul Dragoni will oversee the creative vision and execution for Lightblue, while Jessica Charles will lead the design team, driving the aesthetic and conceptual direction of projects to deliver exceptional visual storytelling.

Creative experience agency Lightblue has strengthened its creative team with the appointment of Paul Dragoni as Creative Director and Jessica Charles as Design Director.

With years of creative work across the world. Dragoni has held key roles at renowned agencies such as Jack Morton London and Imagination China. He joins Lightblue with a passion for bold ideas, a proven ability to lead diverse teams, and a track record of delivering standout campaigns that resonate globally.

In his role, Dragoni will oversee the agency’s creative vision and execution, ensuring that every project embodies Lightblue’s ethos of bravery, authenticity, and impact.

Meanwhile, Charles steps into the role of Design Director with an impressive portfolio of work, specialising in strategic creative with spatial design. Before joining Lightblue, Charles honed her skills at organisations such as Studio XAG and Stella McCartney.

At Lightblue, Charles will lead the design team, driving the aesthetic and conceptual direction of projects to deliver exceptional visual storytelling.
