Motivate Media Group is looking for a strategically minded Social Media Manager to be based in our Dubai office and be part of our Social Media department to assist with the setup of innovative processes and strategies.

The role offers a unique experience in working with one of the region’s biggest publishers on some of the most exciting media brands including What’s On, Campaign Middle East, Gulf Business and Emirates Woman.

We are looking for passionate, energetic, and creative individuals that are eager to learn and grow.

Prerequisites:

  • A degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Social Media Marketing. Agency experience is a plus.
  • Proficient with Social Media Enterprise systems such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, SproutSocial, brandwatch etc.
  • Possesses knowledge and experience in creating strategies.
  • Display in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, X, Instagram,TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn etc.), and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to effectively manage a team.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
  • Work with brands to create and implement social media strategies monthly.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, changes, platforms, technologies, and best practices.
  • Have an understanding about social media paid campaigns.
  • Day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
  • Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Engage interaction between customers and the company and ensure a positive customer service experience.
  • Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize social media strategy and campaigns; create regular reports that track the client’s long-term strategies and offer key learnings and recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop, implement, and manage client portfolio’s social media strategy and campaigns across various platforms.
  • Supervision of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives.
  • Train and grow the talents of your team to continuously improve the quality of results.
