Instinctif Partners launches ESG and responsibility offering

Instinctif Partners launches a new offering Reinventing Responsibility, that integrates environmental, social and governance issues in their strategies and business activity.

Instinctif Partners has launched a new offering which enables businesses to build back better in a post-Covid world by integrating environmental, social and governance issues in their strategies and business activity.

With COP26 on the horizon, the new service, Reinventing Responsibility, builds on Instinctif’s significant experience in ESG, developing sustainable business strategies and corporate transformation, and provides comprehensive integrated consulting services which address the heightened challenges faced by companies today.

The Reinventing Responsibility offering will provide clients with services spanning three core pillars including strategic development, stakeholder engagement and reporting and disclosure. The approach to each element will always be set in a wider stakeholder context, grounded in richly insightful perspectives across its blended team.

Instinctif’s Head of Strategic Advisory Services and Managing Partner, Victoria Cross, will lead the team, whose expertise draws on a breadth of disciplines, including insight & foresight; brand and business strategy; business resilience; public policy; investor relations; corporate reporting and communications.

As part of the company’s ambitious growth plans, Oliver Parry has joined the firm as a Partner and will be focused on driving and further growing the Reinventing Responsibility offering.

Oliver previously worked at Citigate Dewe Rogerson and has significant experience advising companies on corporate governance and sustainability policy, as well as providing strategic counsel to clients on financial services regulation, listing rules and company law. Previously, he has served as head of corporate governance at the Institute of Directors and between 2011 – 2013 was head of communications at the UK’s audit and accountancy regulator, the Financial Reporting Council.

Victoria Cross, managing partner, said:

“Today’s announcement is the culmination of a lot of hard work by various teams across Instinctif and with COP26 just nine months away I am delighted to be able to launch Reinventing Responsibility. The team at Instinctif is enabling clients to make significant, positive and lasting change to society and the business landscape with Reinventing Responsibility. We are already working with some of the biggest companies in the world to create positive impact.”

Cross continued, “I am delighted that Oliver, who has a wealth of experience in developing ESG and sustainability strategies, has joined our ambitious and innovative team as we look to grow our proposition throughout 2021 and beyond.”

Tim Linacre, Chief Executive, added:

“In the current climate, the work the Reinventing Responsibility team is doing is of critical importance. We believe that, as individuals and organisations, we all have a part to play in creating a more sustainable future, and we are passionate about making that happen. Wherever businesses are in their ESG journey, Instinctif is able to support: from building sustainable business strategies, to engaging for change to communicating impact – ensuring that they’re equipped to face the future.

“On behalf of everyone at Instinctif Partners, I would like to welcome Oliver to the business and look forward to working with him over the coming weeks and months as well as sharing his ESG expertise with our clients.”

Instinctif Partners is an award-winning consultancy, with ten offices across EMEA. It is independently owned, with the majority stake held by private equity firm LDC.
