The Impact BBDO Group is in the process of reshuffling its senior management following the announcement that Kieran O’Sullivan is to quit digital agency Impact Proximity. O’Sullivan, who is managing director of Impact Proximity’s Dubai operation, is serving out his notice period and will be replaced by Oussama Gholmieh, managing director of Impact & Echo in Kuwait.
Gholmieh will head up Impact Proximity Dubai, with the dual task of overlooking integrated marketing agency Impact Plus. Replacing Gholmieh in Kuwait will be Fouad Abou Mansour, who returns to the group from FP7 Dubai, where he was business director.
O’Sullivan has been at Impact Proximity for six years. It is not yet known where his next position will be.
Dani Richa, president of the Impact BBDO Group, confirmed the management changes, stating that he wished to thank O’Sullivan for building “an impressive Proximity operation in Dubai”.
The changes follow earlier moves at ad agency Impact BBDO, including the arrival of Fouad Abdel Malek as its new executive creative director in April and the departure of creative director Jennie Morris.
