Imfluence, the influencer marketing and social media agency operating under IM Media Group, has appointed Jamil Adas as Head of Brand Partnerships. The appointment reflects the company’s focus on building more structured and scalable creator collaborations as the influencer marketing landscape becomes increasingly complex.

As influencer marketing continues to mature, the expectations placed on brand–creator relationships are shifting. Rather than simply facilitating access to creators, agencies are now tasked with orchestrating partnerships that can operate across platforms and deliver measurable outcomes over time. Within this context, Adas will be responsible for overseeing how Imfluence structures, manages and expands its brand partnerships across its growing portfolio.

Adas brings experience across creator ecosystems and brand strategy, and will play a central role in shaping how partnerships are developed and maintained. His remit will include ensuring collaborations are designed to scale effectively, while remaining aligned with both brand objectives and creator needs.

“Our focus has never been on running more campaigns. It’s about building partnerships that brands and creators can actually grow with,” said Mike Alnaji, CEO of Imfluence. “As we expand across markets and categories, Jamil brings the experience and leadership needed to elevate how those partnerships are formed, nurtured and scaled.”

In his new role, Adas will lead deal structuring, commercial alignment and strategic partner engagement across high-impact campaigns. He will also work closely with Imfluence’s internal teams to ensure that each collaboration is approached with consistency, transparency and a long-term outlook.

“Imfluence has built a strong reputation around meaningful, long-term collaborations,” said Adas. “That aligns closely with how I believe brand and creator partnerships should be done. My focus will be on expanding this ecosystem to create sustained value for both creators and brands.”

The appointment also aligns with IM Media Group’s wider vision to develop a unified media ecosystem for the creator economy.
