Imagination strengthens the Middle East leadership team with two promotions to senior roles

Global experience design company unveils robust expansion plans.

Imagination, a global experience design company, has announced two promotions in its EMEA senior leadership team to support its expansion and growth in the Middle East.

Adel Noueihed has been promoted to regional managing director from his position as general manager and Elisabeth Anne becomes general manager, having previously held the position of client services director.

In these new roles, Adel and Elisabeth will be instrumental as Imagination continues to grow its Middle East business – broadening and diversifying the company’s client base and extending its operations into the wider region including KSA, Oman and Kuwait.

Joining Imagination in 2012, Adel became the company’s first-ever general manager in Qatar before relocating to Dubai to work closely with Elisabeth building the UAE business. He has led the Middle Eastern business for the past nine years and during this time has expanded the business in UAE and across the region into KSA and Qatar. In his new role, Adel will be responsible for all new business and client activity within the region while managing the Imagination offices in Doha, Dubai and Riyadh.

Elisabeth joined Imagination in 2011 as senior project manager, before becoming client services director in 2019. In her new position as general manager, Elisabeth will take over from Adel, overseeing the day-to-day running of Imagination’s current Middle East hub in Dubai.

These promotions follow substantial growth in the region over the past few years. Imagination initially established itself in the Middle East in 2012 to support its client Shell in Qatar. The business has grown substantially with a diversified client base including government and corporate clients across UAE, KSA, Kuwait and Qatar.

Commenting on these key promotions, Patrick Reid, CEO of Imagination said: “We are delighted to be growing rapidly in the Middle East, helping our key clients’ fulfil their ambitions through world-class, iconic experiences and initiatives. We look forward to continuing to grow and build long term strategic relationships with our clients under Adel’s and Elisabeth’s leadership.”

The promotions follow a successful year for the company, including a recent win at Campaign’s Agency of the Year Awards and the opening of its Riyadh office.
