EternityX, a Chinese AI-driven marketing technology firm, has announced its expansion into APAC, Europe and the Middle East with three senior hires, including ex-Dentsu CEO for China, Deric Wong.
Wong joins as Chief Business Officer, Global to oversee the firm’s business strategy. Along with him, Jean Kniss Loh joins as Chief Marketing Officer, Global and Max Lee joins as Global Partner, China Media Integration. According to the martech platform, the strengthened leadership bench positions EternityX to deliver ‘innovative, culturally intelligent solutions, empowering businesses, clients, and agency partners to thrive in a rapidly changing global marketplace.’
With the expansion, it aims to bridge cultural divides by delivering campaigns that resonate with Chinese audiences worldwide.
Charlene Ree, CEO of EternityX, said, “At EternityX, our vision has always been to empower brands to reach their full potential by connecting them with the world’s most dynamic audiences.”
The martech firm will collaborate with Wong’s consulting practice DJM Consulting, which he founded after stepping down as Denstu China CEO. The consulting agency will continue to operate as an affiliate of EternityX.
“Partnering with DJM Consulting is a pivotal step forward and enables us to scale our expertise and adapt to the unique needs of global markets. By combining DJM Consulting’s expertise with EternityX’s advanced technology, we’re empowering brands to thrive globally and setting a new benchmark in an interconnected and rapidly evolving world,” said Ree.
Wong added, “With deep expertise in strategic marketing, advertising, and corporatisation, DJM Consulting empowers companies to expand into high-growth markets with EternityX, while strengthening their media presence and brand positioning.”
With its growth, the martech firm hopes to convert profitable Chinese audiences in the markets it has expanded into through cross-border communication strategies, the use of AI and with research into audience intelligence and insights.
