Campaign’s own BIG Global Awards is a celebration of the best creativity from around the world—an opportunity for “local” agencies with great ideas and groundbreaking work to earn international acclaim.
The potential for global exposure is huge, with more than 1.2 million unique monthly users for Campaign UK, US, Asia, and now Canada. But time is running out, with the standard entry deadline of Oct. 17 barely a week away. Click here to get started now.
“In a global economy where competition only ever increases, creativity and innovation—the very lifeblood of this industry—become more important with each passing day,” said David Brown, co-editor for Campaign in Canada, which launched earlier this year. “And just as brands, products and services must face challenges from across the planet, the best creative thinking and biggest ideas should excel on the world stage.”
The BIG Awards—which include a range of categories by industry sector, media and craft—are judged by an international jury of top creatives, with representation this year from Europe, Asia and North America.
And while the jury is chaired by Canada’s Aaron Starkman, global CCO for Rethink, there’s additional Canadian representation including:
- Angry Butterfly’s Erin Kawalecki;
- One Twenty Three West’s Jordan Hamer;
- Lifelong Crush’s Christina Yu;
- Zulu Alpha Kilo’s Addie Gillespie;
- Publicis Canada’s Vini Dalvi; and
- Courage’s Dhaval Bhatt.
“Campaign is one of the most respected creativity publications in the world,” said Starkman. “The work that is recognised here signals to the industry what the standard for greatness is.”
