Create has announced the expansion of its digital experience team with three key new hires.

“We are thrilled to welcome these key hires to the Digital Experience Team. Their expertise and fresh perspectives are invaluable as we continue to expand the team and our impact across the region,” said Shoaib Hafeez, Technology Director and Head of the Digital Experience Department.

Erik Tubbs has joined Create as a Business Director. He will focus on developing and implementing strategic initiatives that meet our clients’ objectives.

Over his 20-year career, Erik has delivered projects for global companies like Coca-Cola and Home Depot. He has also transformed the digital footprint of regional organisations such as Flash Entertainment (Ethara), Rivoli/Swatch Group, and the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism.

Ismet Trako has joined as the UX Lead within the digital experience department. With over a decade of experience in designing user experiences and interfaces, Ismet has collaborated with startups, agencies, and companies of all sizes.

In his new role, he will oversee the design and implementation of user-centric solutions, guiding the UX vision to deliver outstanding experiences for our nation-builder clients.

Ali Syed has come on board as Project Director. He brings over two decades of specialised experience in project delivery and has successfully led award-winning digital transformations for prominent brands across the MENA and APAC regions.

He will focus on efficiently executing projects and delivering high-quality solutions.

Create claims the new hires will play a crucial role in executing the recently announced multi-year contract with the Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT) Abu Dhabi, as well as other key clients such as the Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU) and Dubai Economy and Tourism (DET).

“This strategic growth enables us to tackle bigger and more transformative projects, allowing us to better deliver exceptional digital experiences for our clients,” said Hafeez.
