Busta Rhymes to headline Sole DXB 2023

The festival offers a specially-curated platform for businesses to connect and speak to the youth

Sole DXB, the region’s most-anticipated youth and contemporary culture festival, has announced its line-up.

This year Sole DXB commemorates 50 years of Hip-Hop with an impressive line up of regional and international artists, featuring some of the genre’s most iconic figures.

These include American rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer, Busta Rhymes, who will be headlining the festival on 10 December.

Known as a pioneer in Hip-Hop since the 80s, his discography includes records with Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey and Lil Wayne.

The festival takes place from 8 – 10 December at Dubai Design District (d3), its strategic partner and part of TECOM Group PJSC.

Other artists include Jadakiss, who is set to make his UAE debut on the festival’s main stage, along with Big Daddy Kane.

Among the musical line-up is Sampa the Great, Syrian American rapper and spoken word poet Omar Offendum who are part of the curated festival’s lineup.

This year also brings UAE Mixtape, a showcase of the region’s rap artists including; The Recipe, Tac, Tayeb Santo, A’Y, Maxi Zee and Moh Flow, hosted by Mazzi of Def Jam.

In addition to an impressive line-up of international and emerging talent, fans can expect an eclectic selection of global brands, from sportswear and contemporary giants to the best of independent fashion and design from the region and beyond.
