
Bureau Béatrice, part of the The Independents Group, has announced three new additions to its leadership bench across Dubai and Paris.
Anyce Nedir has joined as General Manager, along with Shon Mogharabi as Director of Strategy for the agency’s office in Dubai. Philippe-Olivier Guiraud has been appointed as Vice President France/Europe for the agency’s offices in Paris.
The appointments aim to reinforce Bureau Béatrice’s commitment to international growth and creative excellence.

Nedir, the agency’s new General Manager in Dubai, is a seasoned industry veteran with over two decades of experience. He spent a decade at BETC Paris within the Havas network, gaining valuable experience in European and Middle Eastern markets.
Mogharabi, who joins the agency as Director of Strategy in Dubai, brings a multicultural perspective as a first-generation American. His career spans leading strategy at advertising agencies in New York City and a notable tenure at TikTok in Los Angeles, where he served as Creative Strategy Director leading the platform’s entertainment vertical. His multifaceted experience encompasses brand strategy, ethnographic research, social strategy, and creative direction.

Bureau Béatrice has also appointed Guiraud as Vice President for France and Europe. Based in Paris, he will lead the agency’s European expansion and strengthen its market presence in the region. The agency described his role as vital to cementing its position in Europe. Guiraud will also focus on ensuring Bureau Béatrice continues to deliver innovative and exclusive experiences.
