
BackLite Media has announced Henrietta Shakespeare as its new Chief of Staff, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the out-of-home (OOH) advertising industry to the role.
Shakespeare’s career spans senior positions at major OOH companies, including Clear Channel Outdoor, where she led regional expansion into MENA and built partnerships in Asia, and Viola Outdoor, where she played a key role in optimising assets and launching Abu Dhabi’s first digital OOH network. Her expertise lies in driving operational transformation and integrating advanced technologies to deliver sustainable growth.
In her new position, Shakespeare will oversee the alignment of BackLite Media’s strategic initiatives while enhancing operational efficiency. The appointment comes as BackLite Media, now part of the Multiply Group, works towards its ambition to become the largest media group in the region.
