We launched the Institutional Design Practice to serve the growing Saudi government owned entities, requiring structured hiring, training and competency building. APCO has developed several best practices to ensure excellence in these processes.
In addition, APCO has launched the Live Studio and Story Room services, which provide clients in Saudi Arabia with better control over their messaging during stakeholder outreach.
