Adscholars, an adtech media company, has announced the appointment of Jad Abou Mitri as the Sales & Commercial Director for the GCC region.
In his new role, Abou Mitri will be responsible for expanding the company’s presence in the media industry by building relationships with new agencies.
His focus will also be on driving sales growth in the GCC through creative solutions, in-gaming ads and data analysis. The role functions will be in line with the company’s vision to strengthen their presence in the region.
His role will cover the Gulf Co-operation Council countries: UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait.
Abou Mitri has more than 10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles. In his previous roles, Abou Mitri has held positions in advertising technology and digital sales representative companies.
As part of his previous roles, Abou Mitri has worked with automotive and real estate brands, as well as network and independent agencies in the region.
He has also worked with F&B sector in the region, having worked with Cobone, a UAE-based offers website, for several years.
