Action Global Communications has secured renewed communications mandates for the BEYOND Developments GLOBE SOCCER Awards and the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships, strengthening its sports portfolio in the UAE.
The agency will continue to manage communications for the GLOBE SOCCER Awards for a third consecutive year. The 16th edition of the football awards event will take place on 28 December at Atlantis The Royal, Dubai, and is sponsored by BEYOND Developments for a second year running. The annual ceremony brings together players, club officials and senior figures from the global football industry.
Action Global Communications has also retained the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships account for 2026 following a competitive nationwide pitch. The agency has handled PR and social media for the ATP and WTA tournament since 2023. The 33-year-old event returns to the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium from 15 to 28 February and features leading male and female players from the international tennis circuit.
In addition to the account renewals, Action is providing on-the-ground media support for the 2025 Games of the Future in Abu Dhabi, which runs from 18 to 23 December at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. The event is a hybrid sports competition that combines esports and physical sport formats and is expected to host more than 800 players from over 20 countries.
The latest wins add to Action’s growing roster of sports clients across the region, spanning international federations, tournaments and government-backed events. The agency delivers a range of services across traditional PR, media relations, social media and event communications.
