Loma Jaber, Co-Founder and Managing Director, Hewar GroupLoma Jaber, Co-Founder and Managing Director, Hewar Group

Loma Jaber, Co-Founder and Managing Director, Hewar Group, has been recognised on Campaign Middle East’s 40 Over 40, which honours leaders who have shaped the regional brand and marketing industry over the past 15 years and more.

This is not a ranking. It is the first edition of an annual platform created to spotlight senior industry figures aged 40 and older. They represent different disciplines and different leadership styles but are all builders of brands and businesses.

These have been recommended as caretakers of client trust and custodians of culture. The 40 over 40 list celebrates the people who have moved the needle – not for a season or for a single campaign cycle, but for several years.

Loma Jaber is a seasoned communications strategist with more than 20 years of experience in the Saudi market. Collaborating with leading governmental and private sector organisations, she has crafted and implemented integrated communication strategies and plans.

She has led large-scale projects delivering outstanding results alongside major success partners. Equal parts strategist and industry voice, Jaber has led the establishment of marcomms departments across various entities, working with CEOs and leadership teams to build structures, define processes and oversee knowledge and operational transfer frameworks.

She is one of the few female leaders who helped reshape perceptions of PR and introduced integrated marketing communications within organisations in the Kingdom.

TOP ACHIEVEMENTS OVER THE PAST 12 MONTHS

On the business model level, Jaber has led Hewar’s evolution into a forward-thinking agency through the rollout of ThinkMate, Hewar’s digital transformation and AI strategy, in step with the Saudi Year of AI, reinforcing Hewar’s investment in creating value through innovation and future-ready communication.

Across Saudi Arabia’s public and private sectors, she has guided high-impact communication strategies and recognised work for clients, including ZATCA, KARNR and KFSHRC, in addition to developing the communication strategies and launch campaigns for several PIF companies.
