Grand Millennium Hotel Dubai has made history as the first hotel in Dubai to launch its own AI influencer. Her name is Zaya, and she is unlike anything the city’s hospitality scene has seen before.

Not a chatbot, not a virtual assistant, not an algorithm answering queries – Zaya is a fully realised AI persona whose sole purpose is to live, explore, and share the Grand Millennium Dubai experience with the world.

Her mission is to show, not just tell

Zaya is Grand Millennium Dubai’s AI influencer,  a digital personality brought to life to take audiences on a journey through one of Dubai’s most dynamic hotel experiences. She steps into the role of the ultimate insider: a guest who never leaves, a storyteller who never misses a moment, and a guide who knows every corner of the property and everything worth discovering beyond it.

Her mission is to show, not just tell. Through her eyes, followers will experience the staycation journey as it was meant to be seen,  the hidden gems tucked within the hotel, the dining spots worth lingering over, and the amenities that transform a stay into a story. From the Pan-Asian flavours of Toshi, to late nights singing at Lucky Voice, to Belgian craft beers at Belgian Beer Cafe, to the sleek intimacy of Crystal Bar, Zaya will take her audience through it all with the energy and authenticity of someone who genuinely cannot get enough of the place.

“The launch of Zaya is not simply a marketing decision. It is a statement about where hospitality is heading. Zaya’s content universe is anchored in the staycation journey. The full arc of arriving, exploring, dining, unwinding, and leaving with memories. Her initial rollout will focus on showcasing the breadth of what Grand Millennium Dubai offers, with particular attention to the hotel’s celebrated dining and nightlife portfolio.

Beyond the outlets, Zaya will explore the full staycation experience, the pool, the spa and wellness facilities, the neighbourhood, and the moments in between that turn a hotel stay into something worth talking about.

As her presence grows, Zaya’s ambitions will too. Plans are in place to expand her content across platforms, deepen her engagement with followers, and develop her into a genuine long-term voice for the Grand Millennium Dubai brand, one that evolves, responds, and reflects the ongoing life of the hotel.
