According to the agency, the promotion reflects Najarian’s role in accelerating growth across major accounts, strengthening long-term client relationships and scaling capabilities across markets.

“Christine brings strong commercial acumen, operational discipline and a clear vision for growth,” said Shadi Abdulhadi, Founder and CEO of Boopin. “Her impact over the past year has been instrumental, and this appointment reflects our confidence in her ability to lead and scale our UAE business as we enter our next phase of expansion.”

Najarian added, “I’m excited to step into the role at such a pivotal time for the agency. My focus will be on driving sustainable growth, strengthening partnerships and building high-performing, integrated teams that deliver meaningful business outcomes for our clients.”
