Regional agencies shine at Gerety Awards 2025

Big Time Creative Shop and MullenLowe MENA took home honours alongside international winners.

The 2025 Gerety Awards have been announced, with Big Time Creative Shop from Saudi Arabia and MullenLowe MENA from the UAE taking home honours alongside international winners.

Big Time Creative Shop secured multiple awards across different categories. Its campaign 4th Judge for The Ring won gold in the Innovation Cut. Call of The Kings for Riyadh Season earned silver in the Craft Cut (Visual Effects), while Everything or Nothing for the General Entertainment Authority received silver in the Craft Cut (Music) and bronze in the Craft Cut (Cinematography). The agency also picked up silver in the Communication Cut (Online Video) and bronze in the Entertainment Cut (Online Video) with Obsession for Riyadh Season.

MullenLowe MENA was recognised for its campaign The Art of Stains for OMO (Dirt is Good), which took gold in the Effectiveness Cut and bronze in the Work for Good Cut. The agency also won a bronze in the Media Cut for Don’t Look Down for FIXBY.

Beyond the region, this year’s Gerety Awards spotlighted four Grand Prix winners: The Final Copy of Ilon Specht for L’Oréal Paris by McCann Paris in the Entertainment Cut; Senna’s Cut for Netflix by Monks Buenos Aires in the Craft Cut; Price Packs for PENNY by Serviceplan Germany in the Communication Cut; and Never Just A Period for Bodyform/Libresse by Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO in the Craft Cut.

The 2025 edition of the Gerety Awards featured a participation of 270 judges from 52 countries, with winners determined across originality of ideas and quality of execution. In total, the awards recognised four Grand Prix, 36 golds, 80 silvers and 65 bronzes, with new countries Paraguay and Kazakhstan appearing on the winners’ list for the first time.

The Gerety Awards highlight creative work that resonates universally, while also marking standout contributions from regional markets such as MENA.
