Starting the year strong, the agency recent hospitality appointments include Fairmont Hotels Dubai, Rosewood Hotels in Abu Dhabi and Raffles Hotel Dubai. Umami has also been appointed for the launch of Amaru in Dubai; and as the creative partner for Paris Paradis, the Parisian cabaret, delivering launch campaign materials, website development and content.

In addition, COYA has appointed Umami to design and conceptualise its new cocktail menu, which will be rolled out globally across the brand’s locat
