TishTash turns 10

Regional agency celebrates a decade of success and company culture with record growth and expansion in 2022.

TishTash Communications, the Dubai based independent integrated marketing communications agency is celebrating its tenth anniversary after a significant phase of growth in 2021, with a number of new hires, internal promotions and the upcoming opening of its second and third offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom.

Founded in 2012 by CEO Natasha Hatherall-Shawe, and run alongside MD Polly Williams, this month sees a decade of TishTash as a self-funded business with no outside investment to date. After a consolidated year of growth in 2021, TishTash has seen a 50 per cent year on year increase in turnover alongside a 30 per cent increase in team members taking the team to 35 personnel. The TishTash management team cite the strong commitment to company culture, truly flexible working conditions and continued investment in people as the key drivers behind their exponential growth this year.

2021 also saw TishTash significantly add to their roster of regional and global clients across the Middle East whilst scooping the Best Medium Consultancy accolade at the PRCA PR Awards 2021 and People and Culture and Leader at The Gulf Capital Awards. Growth in business wins has resulted in several new hires and internal promotions within the TishTash team, continuing the company mission of developing and nurturing staff within the agency environment.

TishTash launched an industry first in summer 2021 by adopting a 4.5-day working week, with the well-being of the all-female team as a driving force behind the values and ethos credited to the agency’s current success and future plans.

On celebrating 10 years in business, Natasha Hatherall-Shawe continued, “As a self-funded business, it is incredible to be operating, growing and expanding after a decade. With an increasing client base and requirements in KSA, January 2022 will see TishTash celebrate its 10th anniversary with the opening of its second office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with recruitment to begin soon for roles across PR, Event Management and operations. This will be followed by a third office in the UK shortly after.
