Taiba Investments has an extensive and diverse portfolio of approximately 40 properties, including hotels, residential communities, commercial plazas and more than 7,700 keys. A number of additional projects are in development.

Taiba also owns major brands in the hospitality sector in the Kingdom such as Makarem, Dur Communities, Al Aqeeq Hotels, and Nur by Makarem, in addition to partnerships with international hotel operators such as Hilton, Marriott, InterContinental and Accor.

A few days ago, employees from Makarem Ajyad Makkah Hotel and Makarem Umm Al-Qura Hotel, both part of Taiba’s portfolio, were recognised among this year’s top winners at Caterer Saudi Awards 2025, communicated to the media through a public relations push by Jummar PR.

Previously, in 2024, Taiba Investments marked a major milestone in its strategic expansion plan by acquiring Dur Hospitality to become one of the largest hospitality companies in the Kingdom. The merger has helped to establish the Taiba brand in Riyadh and other cities, including Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, Al-Khobar, Tabuk and Jubail.
