Pixis has confirmed the departure of Neel Pandya, who stepped down from his role as CEO for APAC, EMEA and Global Partnerships after almost five years with the company.
Pandya joined Pixis in 2020 when the company was still in its early growth phase following its Series A funding. Over the course of his tenure, he played a key role in scaling the business across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific, helping the company expand its footprint into new markets and regions.
Under his leadership, Pixis grew its commercial presence tenfold and evolved into a Series C1 company with over $200m in funding. The company, which offers a codeless AI infrastructure for performance marketing, has since grown its presence across MENA, Europe, the US, APAC and ANZ.
In a statement posted on LinkedIn, the company said: “After an incredible journey leading our EMEA & APAC business, Neel Pandya is moving on from Pixis. His leadership helped shape our growth story, scale new markets, and build phenomenal teams. We’re deeply grateful for everything he brought to Pixis and wish him the very best for his next adventure.”
Pandya also reflected on his time with the company in a personal LinkedIn post, describing the experience as a shared journey built on belief, long hours, and collaboration. “Every step we took, we took it together. And every milestone we hit was personal,” he said, adding that while the decision to leave was difficult, he was taking time to pause and reflect before announcing his next chapter.
No successor has been named at this stage.
