OOH Guide 2019: We need your details

Campaign Middle East would be coming out with its 3rd annual edition of The UAE OOH Guide 2019-20. This issue published on Oct 20th would be all info in one, hands-on guide on all OOH suppliers with their properties in the region. This issue would be a bigger and more comprehensive edition with more players and enhanced information and a bigger pull out map of Dubai and Abudhabi marking all the outdoor properties for easy access for media planners and marketers.

Until Campaign’s first edition of the guide, there was no such hands on directory giving a detailed overview of all the outdoor companies in the region, but there was a huge demand for this from all media planners. Our  guide would lists the main suppliers in the region, along with their locations.

We would like to request all our OOH partners to support us in this cause, as this guide would be in the hands of all decision makers.  Please find below our partnership options.

How to  get listed: 
Send your listing details below to [email protected] and contact [email protected] for enhanced listings. We need the below listing details from you before Tuesday 8 October:

Listing options:

Option 1 :  Basic Free Listing:

  • Outdoor Company name
  • Ownership/holding group
  • Regional headquarters/ office location,
  • Number of Staff
  • Year founded
  • Email id
  • Social media tags (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube),
  • What out-of-home properties do you have? Please limit to those that are live as of 1 October 2019. Can you tell me the types of property, the area they are in, and the numbers.
    1. In Dubai
    2. In Abu Dhabi
    3. Elsewhere
  • The Map: Please mark on the AUH Map DXB Map Shj Map your latest outdoor properties . Be as accurate as possible, and list the type of properties as well as their locations. If possible mark each one individually, but if necessary just mark a stretch of road (for lampposts, etc). Outdoor only, viewable from the road, so no need to mark in-mall adverts. Again, please just those properties live on 1 October 2019. Either mark up the PDF digitally and send it back, or simply print the map, mark with pen/pencil, scan & return.

Please note that there would be minimum 4 free listings on each page. If exclusivity is preferred, please find below the add-on options:

Option 2 : Half Page listing
This option would include all the above free listing information in a half page format of the magazine along with the below:

  • High Res Company logo,
  • Agency bio (50 words max)
  • Website
  • Local Phone numbers
  • Leadership panel (pictures and designation of up to 4 top management),
  • Plus annual subscription to the Online Directory.

Special discounted cost: $1500 net plus vat.

Option 3 : Full Page listing:

  • This option would include a Half page listing with all of the above detailed listing information plus
  • Half Page Interview with CEO.
  • This option also includes the annual subscription to the Online Directory.

Special discounted cost: $3000 net plus vat.

Option 4 : Double Page Spread – FP Listing for each agency opposite a FP Advert:

  • This option would include the above Full page with all of the above detailed listing information including Logo + Leadership panel + Half Page Interview with CEO
  • Plus a Full page advert, thus giving you a Double page spread in the agency guide.
  • This option also includes the annual subscription to the Online Directory.

Special discounted cost: $5000 net plus vat.

The deadline for confirming your partnership is 8th Oct & Campaign’s main magazine including the OOH Guide would hit the stands on 20th October.
