Amsterdam-headquartered agency Nomads has been named as the lead agency for Dubai Holding.
The creative innovation agency will run the account from its Dubai office, which was opened in October 2013.

Established in 2004, Dubai Holding is a global investment holding company with interests in 24 countries. Its Commercial Operations Group includes Jumeirah Group, TECOM Investments, Dubai Properties Group and Emirates International Telecommunications.
The agency’s exact remit and scope of work could not be disclosed due to issues of confidentiality.
The appointment of Nomads by Dubai Holding comes as the agency strengthens its creative team in Dubai. Richard Hol, the former regional creative director at JWT, has joined as executive creative director, while Adam Fierman has joined as a senior copywriter, also from JWT.
“We’re striking the right chord at the moment and we’re moving people from our own offices but we’re also bringing in new people who have real experience of Dubai and the region,” said Howarth. “You have to have that combination to survive here. We’ve done our homework, we’ve got a great runway, a lot of new clients are coming on board, a lot of new people are coming on board, and we’ll have a lot of stories to tell in the coming months.”
