Kekst CNC has appointed Luciana Blackwell as a Partner in its Abu Dhabi office. Blackwell brings more than two decades of experience in corporate, digital and financial communications to the firm’s regional operations.
Blackwell has held senior roles across some of Abu Dhabi’s most prominent organisations. She began her career as the first digital editor of The National, before moving into leadership positions at ADNOC, the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi and, most recently, Masdar. She also served as a Partner at FGS Global, where she launched and led its digital practice in the Middle East.
Her appointment is expected to strengthen Kekst CNC’s capabilities in corporate positioning and digital strategy, building on its advisory work for executives and institutions in the UAE and wider Middle East.
Ben Curson, Partner and Head of Middle East at Kekst CNC, said Blackwell’s background makes her a valuable addition to the firm. “Her extensive understanding of the region and her strategic insight in digital and financial communications and corporate positioning will considerably strengthen our capabilities in the UAE and beyond,” he said. “Luciana’s leadership is an important next step in our continued expansion in the region, allowing us to achieve transformative results for our clients.”
Blackwell said she was looking forward to joining the consultancy’s team in Abu Dhabi. “I am thrilled to join Kekst CNC, a firm celebrated for its strategic acumen, client servicing and communications excellence,” she said. “I look forward to collaborating with Kekst CNC’s talented team as we continue to create value for our clients and drive forward our growth and success in the UAE and wider Middle East market.”
Her addition to the Abu Dhabi office adds to the firm’s senior leadership in the region, where Kekst CNC advises clients across communications, digital and financial strategy.
