Darius LaBelle, Managing Director, November Five Middle East. November Five, an independent digital products agency, has appointed Darius LaBelle as Managing Director to lead its next phase of growth in the Middle East.
The agency, founded in Antwerp, Belgium in 2008, has set its sights on the MENA region as a deliberate long-term growth-market for the business. In his new role, LaBelle will lead November Five’s Middle East growth strategy bringing its next-gen agency model to the region.
“Darius brings what matters most to us: strong craft, commercial leadership, and the ability to deliver. The Middle East is a key growth region for November Five, and we already see strong traction there,” said Tom Vroemans, CEO, November Five.
LaBelle’s key responsibilities include introducing product-led delivery and innovative commercial structures to the agency, including unique performance-based remuneration models. His focus also lies in developing multi-year platforms and programmes that aim to forge deep relationships with the agency’s client stakeholder partners.
“His appointment is a clear step in building a long-term presence in the region. Darius combines deep local knowledge with the leadership and execution needed to turn momentum into lasting client partnerships and impactful results – fast,” said Vroemans.
LaBelle’s role will also oversee seting the bar for craft and accountability and building a team culture where quality is non-negotiable and ownership is clear.
He brings more than 20 years of experience spanning North America, EMEA, and the Middle East, with deep expertise at the intersection of strategy, customer experience, design, technology, and commercial growth.

LaBelle has held leadership roles across major agency networks and consultancies, including Ogilvy, Havas CX, and Sapient, and has led multi-disciplinary teams delivering digital transformation, marketing, and experience programmes for leading brands. His background includes scaling and leading CX and integrated capabilities, building high-performing teams, and driving growth through a practical, outcome-focused approach.
