Prasad Sawant, Senior Manager-Performance, Magna Global: Pia has only been a part of the Magna family for a short time, but she has already shown to be a valuable member of the team. She is highly trusted by her coworkers and is always willing to go the additional mile. Since joining, Pia has accepted all of the challenges we put her up to and has pushed Magna’s quality standards forward. We have great hopes for her and believe she has a lot of potential that is just waiting to be unleashed. Pia is a face to watch in 2022, with a high degree of devotion and enthusiasm.

Career highlights

Inspired by how the world keeps evolving toward a digitalized place, I decided to leap into digital marketing.

This transition started in Publicis where I was first exposed to performance marketing in the European market. I had the chance to dig deep into the social world and be part of huge projects with Coty Inc’s biggest brands and I soon became passionate about this world.

Soon after, I became curious about exploring the challenges of performance marketing in the MENA region. I got the chance to join Magna Global where I am able to learn and even share my knowledge in performance.

Guiding principles

Sorting and organizing are key. Abiding by these principles has proved to highly contribute to any assignment I have ever taken on. Combining these with thoroughness and determination will most certainly take me one step closer to achieving my desired goals.
