Career highlights
Started as an intern with R/GA and Instagram/Facebook Offices in Sydney Australia winning best creative for a Facebook Ad campaign. During University Thomas found success in copywriting courses being awarded best copy from a University client for their finals. At Talabat head offices in Dubai working as Advertising Specialist Thomas along with his team created Ad systems that scaled Talabat’s advertising revenue 3x in 12 months. At Hashtag Social Media Thomas have produced content that has been named TikTok of the Month 4 times, Instagram Reel of the month 1 time and gained more than 10K followers across the accounts he manages.
Guiding principles
Intensity, Affinity and Mentality. Approach any task with intensity to achieve and be actively interested in it. Affinity is more than productivity or positivity, it should be a boyish charm that lets others work freely and openly. Mentality is the belief that you can learn from anyone or any situation.
Side hustle
As a side hustle I created a brand that produces products aimed at sentimental items like time capsules, unique gifts and diy crafts to experiment with social and algorithm changes. I managed some Instagram accounts for caption/content planning for meme pages and metal music pages because I enjoy these.
