Uli Stanke is the managing director of MCH Global, a leading experiential marketing agency operating across EMEA. A strategic business leader and passionate advocate for the power of live experience, Stanke has spent more than 15 years building impactful brand experiences across Europe and the Middle East. He joined MCH Global in April 2021 as head of growth and has led the agnecy as the managing director since April 2024.
Prior to MCH Global, Stanke held key roles at Geometry MENA, VMLY&R Commerce and Arab Media Group, shaping brand experience strategy at a high level across the region. A founding member of the World Experience Organisation (WXO), Stanke has championed experiential marketing as a measurable, strategic business driver rather than a tactical add-on. Originally from Ireland, he holds a BA degree with First Class Honours and is based in Dubai with his wife and two children.

Stanke has led MCH Global through a strong period of growth, driving year-on-year increases in revenue and headcount. Strengthening operational processes and internal infrastructure delivered stronger margins alongside that growth.
Stanke also led MCH Global’s entry into Saudi, opening a base in Riyadh for the first time. Throughout, flagship partnerships were not just retained but deepened, with Icons of Porsche and TikTok LIVE Fest standing as proof of continued client confidence in MCH Global across 2025 and 2026.
