
Santadip Roy, Regional Managing Director, Magna Global MENA has been recognised on Campaign Middle East’s 40 Over 40, which honours leaders who have shaped the regional brand and marketing industry over the past 15 years and more.

With more than 20 years of experience across the UK and Middle East, Santadip Roy is the regional managing director of Magna MENA, having spent the past eight years helping shape the growth and evolution of both Magna and Initiative across the region. Beginning his MENA journey as regional head of digital, data and technology, he played a pivotal role in securing major client assignments representing more than $200m in annual billings.
Roy has continued Magna’s growth trajectory following the onboarding of the landmark Dubai Holding business. Under his remit, Magna was named Performance Marketing Agency of the Year in 2024 and Campaign Middle East’s Media Agency of the Year 2025.
