Aasim Shaikh is the Founder and Managing Director of LPS Brands, a new-age independent agency ecosystem built for culture, platforms and measurable impact. His story began far from boardrooms – in formative years shaped by Libya, rationed essentials, home-schooling and community-led storytelling. An electronics engineer turned creative agency entrepreneur, Shaikh has spent nearly two decades building marketing ecosystems across the GCC.
TOP ACHIEVEMENTS OVER THE PAST 12 MONTHS
The past 12 months have been a quest to prove that LPS is right placed to go beyond the blurring creative agency box. LPS grew 30 per cent and delivered its highest-ever profit percentage in 2025. We onboarded 50 per cent more net new clients than in 2024. Through the turbulent February-April period, we retained 100 per cent of clients and expanded our team by 25 per cent.
We turned market learning into communication playbooks for retail and luxury brand partners. A first for a creative agency, we launched a TikTok Live entertainment business line in February. This is on its way to operational breakeven by the end of June, surpassing our business targets.
Creating an enterprise solutions practice with Microsoft and Tencent, we built Pearity, our proprietary service-led content intelligence platform, and introduced a services-plus-API pricing model across KSA and UAE.
