Bold Creatives and MDLBEAST launch “A City of Beats” for Soundstorm 2025, a fan-powered campaign bringing the festival city to life.

Bold Creatives, the creative and content arm of The Bold Group, has partnered with MDLBEAST, the region’s leading music, culture, and entertainment platform, to lead the creative direction for Soundstorm 2025. The collaboration introduces “A City of Beats | مدينة تنبض”, a first-of-its-kind campaign powered by the people turning Soundstorm’s bold promise, “We built a city for the music,” into a living, explorable experience.

The partnership marks a homegrown creative milestone for Saudi Arabia’s cultural landscape. As part of the campaign, Bold Creatives developed a 3D WebGL digital city where fans could explore DWN TWN and its four distinct districts even before construction was completed. This experience brought the Soundstorm identity to life across film, outdoor, and digital channels bridging physical and virtual worlds and making the city a cultural reality, not just a campaign line.

What sets the collaboration apart is its digital-first approach placing the audience at the heart of the communication. Every like, comment, and share became a pulse of energy feeding into the City Pulse Index (CPI), a dynamic visual system that measured and reflected fan engagement in real time. This transformed audience interaction into participation, turning social energy into the city’s heartbeat and connecting thousands of fans to the festival before Day One.
