AUD-CEPPS Adds Courses on Best Practices in Customer Management

The Center for Executive Programs and Professional Services (CEPPS) at the American University in Dubai (AUD) provides executive education, training, professional development and consulting services to the private and public sectors in the UAE, the GCC region and the wider Middle East.

A memorandum of understanding has been signed between AUD-CEPPS and Jacobsons Direct Marketing to jointly develop executive course content and award certification in best customer management practices.

Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Customer Journey Mapping, Loyalty Marketing, Customer Experience, and Consumer Behavior Analytics, whether practiced offline or online, will soon be offered jointly by AUD-CEPPS and Jacobsons as courses leading to professional certification.

Jacobsons is the longest established, specialized customer management firm in the Middle East and has worked with businesses worldwide to create and leverage customer intelligence to improve customer delight, customer experience and marketing ROI within the Middle East.

The synergy between AUD-CEPPS and Jacobsons will combine best practice in business with conceptual content as part of a contemporary executive development program.

Corporations have become increasingly under-resourced with mature and certified professionals who can efficiently orchestrate all contemporary region-specific customer management practices and media for a better marketing and sales ROI.
