I’ve never met a client, team member, or even a passerby who wasn’t instantly drawn to Ansam. Her authentic personality, infectious energy, and ability to deliver the toughest campaigns with a laugh make her truly unforgettable. Joining Sagerlabs as a BD with global agency experience, she quickly reshaped our communications department with strategy, innovation, and unmatched team spirit. She expanded our vision, launching our first 360 campaign in Jordan. Now, as Communications Manager, she’s not just leading standout regional campaigns, she’s redefining agency culture in Iraq, mentoring a team that once thought this level of success was out of reach. Simply put, we couldn’t do this without her!

Career highlights

I stumbled into advertising in 2018 without knowing much about marketing, but it quickly became my passion. Since then, I’ve had the chance to work with incredible brands like Samsung and McDonald’s, where I was part of the 2022 World Cup campaign, an intense but rewarding journey filled with activations, collaborations, tears, and proud moments. I love the diversity of my work, from Unilever to Meraas to Visa. Marketing keeps me on my toes, and I pour my energy into every project, leading with passion and building meaningful connections with clients and teams along the way.

Guiding principles

I live by a number of guiding principles that keep me grounded. Passion drives everything I do and without it, I wouldn’t stay true to myself or my work. Ethics are non-negotiable, no matter how messy life gets. Lastly, humility reminds me that no matter how much I know, there’s always more to learn.
