Spark Foundry Middle East, part of Publicis Media Middle East, has announced the appointment of Manal Naboulsi as Business Lead. In her new role, Naboulsi will lead on media strategies for key luxury accounts, overseeing a diverse portfolio of brands across the region.

She will focus on delivering innovative, performance-driven solutions that blend strategy, creativity, and digital expertise, ensuring these brands continue to set new benchmarks in the luxury industry.

With more than 15 years of experience in leading media services for global brands, Naboulsi brings knowledge and expertise in digital ecosystems and integrated marketing solutions. Her career began in the FMCG before moving to luxury to collaborate with brands such as Chanel, Cartier, Gucci, Burberry, Boss, and Chloe.

Naboulsi’s expertise spans across both offline and digital media, with a particular focus on social media innovation, programmatic advertising, and the integration of emerging technologies.
