CNN International has hired Kenyan journalist and anchor Victoria Rubadiri for a new role on its long-running multi-platform series Connecting Africa. Rubadiri will also contribute to the network’s news gathering operation in Nairobi.
The series has run for 5 years and covers stories of emerging and expanding businesses across Africa. It also explores the impacts of the African Continental Free Trade Agreement across the continent.
Rubadiri will accompany Eleni Giokos on Connecting Africa, who has been a CNN correspondent based in the network’s UAE bureau since 2015.
