Shanil Jagatia, MENA Managing Director, Jellyfish: Neeti has within a short space of time established herself as a trusted, reliable, and result-oriented practitioner for all-things analytics over the past year at Jellyfish. Her ambition is to successfully increase the digital maturity of clients through better use of data, innovation, and cross-platform insights so that they become more successful in today’s ever-changing complex landscape. This all bounded with relentless energy, and passion, whilst being authentic and kind. Career highlights

I am a software engineer turned data and analytics expert with 9 years of experience in the Media industry. My fascination with data-driven marketing inspired me to pursue and advance my career in advertising. I’ve worked with some of the most prominent brands in the region, like Samsung MENA, INFINITI ME, Louvre Abu Dhabi, L’Oréal, and others, to empower them to tackle existing data-related challenges and cultivate a data-driven marketing roadmap. Not all challenges are equal, and most data is not as clean as one would like it to be, which motivates me to develop innovative solutions to make data more actionable for businesses.

Guiding principles

I believe in short-term goals. They help me make my way to my long-term goals while allowing me to celebrate each win and milestone along the way. Like Rodger Federer once said, “You have to believe in the long-term plan you have, but you need the short-term goals to motivate and inspire you.”

Side hustle

I’m fascinated by the ever-growing blockchain trend, and I’m fortunate enough to have an aunt who is a fantastic artist. So as a side hustle, I’ve been making NFTs with her artwork in the hopes of one day selling them for as much as “The First 5000 Days” (humble $69.3 million).
