Maya Tayara, Managing Director, iProspect has been recognised on Campaign Middle East’s 40 Over 40, which honours leaders who have shaped the regional brand and marketing industry over the past 15 years and more.

This is not a ranking. It is the first edition of an annual platform created to spotlight senior industry figures aged 40 and older. They represent different disciplines and different leadership styles but are all builders of brands and businesses.

These have been recommended as caretakers of client trust and custodians of culture. The 40 over 40 list celebrates the people who have moved the needle – not for a season or for a single campaign cycle, but for several years.


Maya Tayara is managing director of iProspect MENA, a dentsu company, where she oversees the agency’s operations, client relationships and strategic development across the region.With more than 20 years of experience in media and marketing, Tayara has held a number of leadership roles across the Middle East, working with some of the world’s most recognised brands, including Procter & Gamble, Mondelez, Microsoft, Standard Chartered, Philips, Kering, Carlsberg and Al Ghanim. Prior to her current role, she served as head of growth at dentsu MENA, leading cross-market initiatives and supporting the network’s business development efforts.

Tayara’s career has spanned media planning, client leadership, business development and agency management, giving her a broad perspective on the evolving media landscape and the challenges facing brands today.
