BigTime Creative Shop appoints Haissam Kays as Chief Operating Officer

In his new role, Kays will strengthen the agency's operational foundation while sustaining its creative and global outlook.

BigTime Creative Shop has appointed Haissam Kays as Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. The appointment is a move to support the creative agency’s continued evolution as its set to scale its presence across Saudi Arabia and the wider region in 2026.

In his new role, Kays will support BigTime’s focus on strengthening its operational foundation while sustaining its creative ambition and global outlook.

“Haissam’s experience across the Saudi market and his leadership background make him a strong addition to our team. We are confident he will play a key role in supporting the agency’s vision and ambitions,” said Mohammed Sehly, CEO of BigTime Creative Shop.

Kays brings long standing experience across multinational agencies and regional organisations, alongside a deep understanding of the Saudi market. His career spans both highly creative environments and structured leadership roles, giving him a balanced perspective that aligns with BigTime’s ambition to grow at scale without compromising creative excellence.

With more than 24 years of experience across Saudi and GCC markets, Kays joins BigTime following senior leadership roles at BBDO, VMLY&R, GO Telecom, Patchi, and most recently as Managing Director of TTP in Saudi Arabia.

His experience navigating complex organisations, building efficient systems, and supporting high performance teams positions him well to guide the agency through its next chapter.
