WHYFIVE formerly known as WHY5Research expands its service offering with three new partners, each with their own specialty, who will help drive growth.

The company was founded by the late Jan Callebaut, Madeleine Janssens and Tom Meere in 2007, and its continuity has been ensured by Tom Meere and Bart Vandecruys.

Tom Meere, Managing Partner at WHYFIVE, said: “We specialise in providing our clients with insights into the why of human behaviour”

“While having the relevant insights is crucial, it is what you do with those insights that will be the real determinant of your business’s growth”.

Via bespoke workshops, the firm also develops marketing, communication and sales strategies for its clients. The three partners – Helena, Elise and Koen will help them to quickly translate market research into practical impact. Hence their new baseline: ‘Insights Love Impact’.

The company believes that knowledge is key to growth, a creed they live by in-house as well. “Every client is assisted from a to z by a carefully selected partner with the relevant practical experience”, says Bart Vandecruys.

They decided to reinforce its team with three new partners from the marketing and corporate world. With his extensive experience in B2B sales and business development, Koen De Rijcke, formerly PwC, IBM, Accenture and SVP at Genpact will focus on helping clients translate insights into concrete sales and business strategies.

Helena Gheeraert, founder of Wonky and former Director of Strategy at TBWA\Belgium will head the new marketing impact team that helps clients translate gained insights into brand positioning, a go-to-market strategy or communication plan.

Considering her years of expertise in both market research and marketing strategy, Elise Matthys, formerly Censydiam, Coca-Cola and CMO at Play Media embodies the ‘Insights Love Impact’ promise.

With her multilingual background, Elise will look after WHYFIVE’s French-speaking and international clients from our offices in Brussels. “Tom, Bart, and I are absolutely delighted to welcome Koen, Helena and Elise as partners”, says Ahmed Sulaye, Executive Director at WHYFIVE MENA.
