SkyBlue lights up bus ads at night with “unique” sticker campaign

Sky Blue Media's Dato Manikandamurthy Velayoudam said that the campaign places a strong emphasis on enhancing visibility in low-light conditions during evening and night hours.

Sky Blue Media, media agency and out-of-home (OOH) marketing entity, announced its collaboration with UAE property developer Danube. 

The collaboration will see Sky Blue Media provide Danube with a reflective sticker bus advertising campaign.

According to the ooh media supplier, the reflective stickers are designed to address the need for high visibility of bus advertising during the evening and night hours.

The bus advertising campaigns will promote Danube’s ongoing projects – Sportz by Danube and Eleganz by Danube on a total of 36 buses. 18 buses of these buses have been installed with reflective stickers to promote Eleganz Danube.

The advertising also extends to 400 bus shelters to promote Danube‘s ongoing real estate projects.

According to a statement, “The partnership marks a significant milestone for SkyBlue as it takes on the innovative venture of branding Danube Properties through an unparalleled reflective sticker bus advertising campaign.”

Sustainable OOH ambitions

The reflective stickers in the OOH campaign are designed to be “durable, weather-resistant and eco-friendly”.

The stickers were created with the intention to align with both Danube’s commitment to sustainable practices and SkyBlue’s vision of providing sustainable advertising solutions. 

Through the stickers SkyBlue aims to set a new standard for dynamic and environmentally conscious campaigns.

According to SkyBlue the execution of the campaign also represents a strategic move to offer “unique opportunities for advertisers” which aim to help them differentiate themselves, achieve enhanced visibility, and create interactive advertising.

Earlier this year, Sky Blue Media won the exclusive rights to manage outdoor advertising on RTA’s public bus fleet and related facilities for five years.
